Shipping policy

Order Processing

All Duskease orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). As soon as you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email; once your order ships, we'll send a second email with your tracking number.

Where We Ship

At this time, Duskease ships only within the United States. We hope to expand to more countries soon.

Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 7-11 business days of being placed (processing time + transit time).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address.

Tracking Your Order

You can follow your package using the tracking number sent to your email once your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out and we'll look into it.

Delays

We do everything we can to meet the timeframes above, but occasional delays can happen due to high order volume, weather, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll help track it down.
