How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and standard delivery within the U.S. takes 7-10 business days. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship exclusively within the United States.

What's included in the box?
Your Duskease heated massage eye mask and a USB-C charging cable.

How long does the battery last?
A full charge takes about 2 hours and powers roughly 1-1.5 hours of use, more than enough for several nightly sessions before recharging.

Is it safe to fall asleep wearing it?
Yes — Duskease automatically shuts off after 30 minutes, so there's no need to worry about it running all night.

What is it made of?
A soft, skin-friendly polyester shell with a high-density memory foam interior, designed with a deep 3D eye socket so it doesn't press on your eyes.

How do I clean it?
Wipe it gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging it in water or washing it aggressively, as this can damage the internal battery and heating element.
