Refund policy

Our 30-Night Guarantee

We want you to actually feel the difference with Duskease. If you've given it a real try and you're still not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us at paufor.ecom@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please don't send anything back before reaching out — items returned without an approved request will not be accepted. Once we approve your return, we'll send you instructions on where and how to send it.

Return Conditions

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Please send the mask back with its charging cable and original box where possible.
  • One return per order under the 30-night guarantee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note it can take extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the funds to your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping — see below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your Duskease arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at paufor.ecom@gmail.com with photos as soon as possible. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

1-Year Warranty

Separately from the 30-night guarantee, every Duskease is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device stops working properly within 12 months of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, contact us and we'll evaluate a repair, replacement, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full at no charge. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy above applies.
